The MINATEC innovation campus is home to 2,400 researchers, 1,200 students, and 600 technology transfer experts on a state-of-the-art 20-hectare campus offering 10,000 square meters of clean room space. An international center for micro and nanotechnologies, the MINATEC campus is unlike any other research facility in Europe.

MINATEC’s history officially began on January 18, 2002, with the signing of a framework agreement by the project partners: the French government; local governments representing the Rhône-Alpes region, the Isère department (MINATEC project owner), the Grenoble-Alpes-Métropole greater metro area, and the City of Grenoble; plus the French Atomic Energy Commission (CEA); Grenoble INP; and state-owned bank La Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations. The meeting will take place in the "Maison MINATEC" building on the right hand side of the big round amphitheatre building.

 

 

Social event

The Conference Banquet will take place on Tuesday May 31st in the charming castle “Le Château de la Commanderie”, few kilometres away from the conference venue.

Transportation by bus will be organized for Banquet attendees.
